　　天津七所高科技有限公司（简称“七所高科”）是国家军工科研机构中国船舶重工集团公司第七0七研究所于2001年投资组建的高新技术企业，从事焊接设备和焊装生产线、涂装生产线和信息产品的研发与制造。2009年12月随母公司中国船舶重工股份有限公司（601989）成功上市。经过增资扩股，现注册资本6056万元。 

 

　　七所高科坐落于天津市北辰科技园区，占地6.6万平方米，拥有6000多平方米的行政科研综合大楼和1.7万平方米的全新现代化厂房，引进了数控折弯机、数控剪板机、数控冲床、液压升降台、金属带锯机、辊压线、电阻焊变压器生产检测线、一体化焊机生产检测线等一流设备100余台。 

 

　　公司现有员工240余人，本科以上学历人员占60%以上，其中研究员、高级工程师、高级技师等高级人才60余名，技术创新能力强，设计经验丰富，管理高效规范，是天津市“工业生产自动化及装备工程中心”、“企业技术中心” 和“基于集成技术的自动化装备产业化”重大高新技术产业化项目实施基地。

　　目前，公司系列产品全部通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证和3C认证，并拥有20多项国家专利及著作权，获省部级以上科技进步奖多项。“陆华”牌焊机曾获得 “火炬计划优秀项目”、“全国知名品牌”和“用户首选品牌”等荣誉。产品不断推陈出新，形成固定式点焊机、悬挂式点焊机、一体化式点焊机、焊机群控联网系统和机器人焊钳五大系列，不仅代表了国内电阻焊领域的最高技术，而且堪比世界先进水平。涂装产品包括粉末涂装线、油漆涂装线、电泳涂装线三大类，自动化程度高，人性化设计好，外形美观加工精细，总体性能先进，多次荣获省部级科技进步奖和博览会金奖。 2006年两个涂装项目分别被全国表面涂装协会评为优秀工程一等奖、二等奖。信息产品以“流媒体数字编码机”、媒体资产管理软件和安防系统集成为主，拥有自主知识产权的“流媒体编码机及媒资软件产业化”还入选2005年天津市重大高新技术产业化项目，并获得多项国家科技计划资金支持。

　　Tianjin 707 Hi-tech Co., Ltd (707 Hi-tech for short) is the high new technology enterprise founded by the state military industry agency 707 Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSSC) in 2001 and is mainly engaged in researching and manufacturing welding equipments, coating production line and IT products. 707 Hi-tech become listed with parent corporation China Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd (601989) in December, 2009 and the registered capital now is 60.56 million RMB after increasing capital and enlarge share.

 

  707 Hi-tech is located in Tianjin Beichen Technology Park, and covers 66 thousand square meters with 6000 square meters integrated administration and research building and 17 thousand square meters new modern plant. More than 100 first-class equipments of CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC punch press, hydraulic lift, metal band saw machine, roll line, spot welder transformer production testing line, integrated spot welder production testing line, etc. have been introduced.

 

  There are more than 240 staff in 707 Hi-tech, in which Bachelor degree or above account for more than 60% and Researchers, senior engineers, senior technicians and other senior personnel are more than 60 with high technological innovation ability, rich design experience and efficient standard management. 707 Hi-tech is ‘Tianjin Engineer Centre for Industrial Automation and Equipment’, ‘Enterprise Technology Centre’ of Tianjin and the important new high technology projects implementation base of ‘Automatic Equipment Industrialization based on Integrated Technology’.

  Currently, the products of 707 Hi-tech have all passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and 3C Certification. Our company has more than 20 national patents and copyrights, and has gained a number of above provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards. The continuously new-designed products have become five series of fixed spot welder, suspended spot welder, integrated spot welder, welder group control networking system and robot welding guns which not only represent the highest technology of domestic resistance welding area, but also are comparable to the world's advanced level. Coating products include three categories of powder coating line, paint coating line and electrophoresis coating line with high degree of automation, good human-oriented design, beautiful shape, the advanced overall performance, and have many times been awarded the provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards and Expo Gold Medal. Two painting projects were rewarded as first prize and second prize of excellent project by the National Association for the Surface Coating. Information products are mainly "streaming media digital encoding machines," media asset management software and security systems integration, of which, "streaming media encoders and media-funded Software Industry" with independent intellectual property rights was also selected for a major high-tech industrialization projects of Tianjin in 2005 and won a number of national science and technology program funding support.

Meanwhile, our company committed to the training of equipment operators, maintenance personnel and technical personnel at the commissioning stage of the equipment and implementation of "one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance".
